SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

CLC by COREY LYNN CALTER offers flat rate shipping options for ground as follows:

  • 1 item- $10
  • 2-items $12
  • 3 or more $15
  • Ground (5 - 9 days depending on location)
  • Free shipping over $100

Tracking Information
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging on to fedex.com or ups.com and entering the tracking number you received

Modify an Order
We are here to help, Please contact Customer Service by email at admin@coreylynncalter.com to find out if it is possible to modify or cancel an existing order. We will try our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Shipping and Handling Guidelines
Orders placed any day before 1 PM PST, 3PM PST M-F will be processed within 24hrs, excluding holidays, and items will ship within 48hrs pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST, 10 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 48hrs. Arrival of your order should take place within 5 - 9 business days unless you requested expedited service. Customer Service (admin@coreylynncalter.com) will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.

Price Adjustments

We will honor price adjustments on items purchased within 3 days of sales.

 

Returns
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed and to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once a return request is received a Return Authorization Number is then issued. After being issued a Return Authorization Number, unworn, undamaged merchandise must arrive at the address below within 14 days. Please contact admin@coreylynncalter.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

New Items must be unused or unworn, in their original condition and with all tags, trims, belts, packaging, etc attached..

  • A Return Authorization Number does NOT guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition. Our goal is to be accommodating and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
  • Our original form of payment will be credited minus the initial shipping fees. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request.
  • All items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable or exchangeable.

We only save credit card information for those customers that have registered on the Site.
